Sing For Your Health!

I made a Webquest for my EDSP 430 course at Cal State Los Angeles (Information and Technologies In The Classroom). It gives a 5th grade class with access to the internet the task of creating their own karaoke songs to educate their classmates on important health issues. Thoughts

The karaoke version of "Step Right Up" by Tom Waits has been released today.

This is probably one of the most difficult songs to pull off well in a karaoke bar.

I wonder how many people around the world will be trying it and how many people will be hearing it for the first time.

Here's hoping some minds will be blown.

I wonder what I'll sing to end 2011? Its been a year of economic turmoil and the death of three international tyrants.

Most of my friends are broke, but the world is much safer I guess.

Ground Control Karaoke Book 3D Lenticular Cover #1

Many folks know that I've been a fixture at Ground Control Karaoke every Monday since it began back in 2004. This year I'm making 11 unique 3D lenticular covers for the club's karaoke books and will present the designs right here on this blog over the next few days.

First up is a homage to the Atari 2600 Basic Programming cartridge cover. I think an Atari 2600 karaoke game would be pretty lame, but the box art would kick ass.
